Pomodoro in Practice

The Pomodoro technique is an apt framework for dealing with open-ended tasks which are common in software engineering. In this talk, I motivate the use of the Pomodoro with real-life examples; I explain how the technique works, the benefits of using it and how to implement the technique in practice.
